Belpark is a collection of 120 homes nestled amongst the lush tree lined neighbourhood of West 59th Avenue and Alberta Street, only a couple blocksfrom the Cambie Corridor.

CHALLENGE

Targeting buyers living in specific geographic locations at the end of Tempo phase for a luxury project. The remaining stock were 8 penthomes to be sold, priced at $2M each.

OUR SOLUTIONS

With an in-depth understanding of the media channels that appeal to the Chinese speaking demographic and the cultural nuances of different Chinese cities, we strategically placed ad banners and advertorials on channels that are used by and appeal to investors interested in luxury projects living in Hong Kong. Our strategy involved delivering banner ads combined with a series of advertorials across these channels, selling out all homes over the course of 3 months.
